• I personally execute Human Resource management assignments since 1992, being one of the pioneers in Belgium and Europe
• Since 2000 I started working with a group of experienced HR Managers, all of them capable to work both on a strategic as an operational level with a typical hands-on attitude
• Although our roots were and are in Human Resource Management, we accepted several spin-off assignments in other fields such as general management, finance, operations, logistics and supply chain. Thanks to our experience and methodology we were able to find the right talented interim manager and were quite successful in these areas too. Today these non-HR interim managers also belong to our group.
• We have been working for all kind of companies: multinationals, small and medium sized companies, family owned as well as public companies, but also as a subcontractor for all major interim management providers and Big Four consulting companies
